Come out for some summer fun on the lakes (HOA sells amenity passes for access to lakes, beaches, pools, and courts), or go skiing in winter. 15 mins to Mount Airy Casino. Golf, Pocono Racetrack, ATV, ziplines, rock climbing, shooting range, Crossings Outlets etc. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. Must be 25 or older to rent. Tobyhanna Township STR Permit No. 012004

Sophisticated, beautifully decorated home with a great backyard oasis. House has a pool table, two decks, an outdoor fire pit and BBQ grill* for your enjoyment. *Dual BBQ grill. Please be prepared to provide your own charcoal or gas if the propane tank is empty on your arrival.

Again, absolutely, positively NO FIREWORKS allowed. The fine is $500, and falls into the category of Just Not Worth It. If you have an extra large group, book this one AND our house next door (which sleeps 6 people) for you and up to a total of 14 of your closest superheroes and members of the Rebel Alliance.

Neighborhood
Emerald Lakes is centrally located to everything you come to the Poconos to enjoy. Beautiful lakes, some with beaches. Great neighborhood with great neighbors.
Guest Access
The outdoor pool is heated and will close on Labor Day weekend. The indoor pool will be closed for repairs until July 31st. This home is located in the Emerald Lakes Community, so there are lakes with a beach, playground, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, and on Fridays and Saturdays a community center with a Bar and more. Use of the amenities require guest passes in the form of guest badges at $20 per person, per day or $30 per person, for 3 days. 7-day passes are $50. Children 2 and under are free. Guest passes are available for purchase at the Emerald Lakes Administration Office or at the Emerald Lodge that houses the indoor pool, so please keep their office hours in mind if you want to use the amenities. There is a $500 fine for fireworks. If that's what you're looking to do, this is not the house for you. Not allowed at all.
